Hi I’m Dr. Disha Philip. I am the founder of The Path to Meditation Mastery and a board certified cardiologist who deals with all matters of the heart. 

 I know what it is like to undergo the loss of a child and then be working more than full time while at the same time trying to be a perfect mother (to our 2 living children), be a loving wife and friend, all while being sleep deprived and exhausted. I figured out the path to help me get out of overwhelm and back to thriving in my life and I want to share that!
